In the US, online sampling and data collection company Research Now has made changes to its senior team with three promotions: Craig Stevens to CRO for the Americas; Martin Filz to MD for EMEA and APAC; and Konstanze Just to SVP of Global Marketing.
All three will serve on the Executive Management team and report directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Kurt Knapton.
Stevens’ role will cover both the marketing function and business, sales and pricing analytics for the US, Canada and Latin America. His most recent post during the seven years he has worked with the company was EVP of Global Client Development. Knapton, who says the appointment will enable closer alignment of the company’s sales and marketing, comments: ‘Craig brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in growing the business exponentially on both a local and global scale’.
Filz has been with the company since 2009, most recently in the role of MD for the UK, and prior to that was responsible as MD for overall Research Now business across Asia Pacific. He will now take charge of the client development and marketing function across the EMEA and APAC regions. James Burge will remain Managing Director for APAC, reporting to Filz from the company’s office in Sydney, Australia.
Knapton said of Filz’s new role: ‘Martin has played an integral role in expanding the APAC business into China, Japan and India, and was responsible for growing the company’s business in the UK considerably in the past year. For these very reasons, I am confident in his capability and determination to successfully lead our international team across both EMEA and APAC while more closely aligning our marketing and client development efforts locally.’
Just also joined the firm in 2009 and most recently served as VP of Global Marketing. In her new role she will be responsible for the marketing and branding strategies of the e-Rewards group and Research Now worldwide. She will also oversee global public relations and continue to head up EMEA marketing.
