    Chris serves as Managing Director of EMEA and he is responsible for leading the growth and development of the company’s regional business. Since joining the company in 2006 as Client Development Director, Chris has played an integral role in significantly increasing revenue and presence for Research Now’s business in Europe.

    Managing Director – Asia Pacific

    James serves as Managing Director of Asia Pacific. In this role, he oversees and manages the corresponding sales leadership team and is responsible for leading the growth and development of the company’s regional business covering Australia, New Zealand, Japan, India, China and Southeast Asia.

  • Kathy Rowley

    General Counsel and Chief Human Resources Officer

    Kathy serves in a dual role as General Counsel and Chief Human Resources Officer within the executive leadership of the company. As General Counsel, she oversees all global legal matters for the company and is responsible for managing multiple teams across the business, including Legal, Security, Data Privacy and Compliance. Additionally, Kathy serves as Chief Human Resources Officer, leading global human resources, technical and nontechnical training, and internal communications functions company-wide. Kathy also serves as Corporate Secretary.

He brings the ability to translate customer and market needs into effective marketing strategies, product direction, and pricing.

Since joining the company in 2011, Melanie has played an integral role shaping a team that is passionate about research sampling, quality and world-class client service. She has also played a key role in guiding the product development and thought leadership advances made at the company.

    Ryan serves as Senior Vice President of Panels and Partnerships at Research Now, leading the global teams responsible for panel recruitment, engagement and retention. In this role, Ryan works across Research Now’s traditional online panels, as well as emerging growth areas, including mobile, cookied and behavioral panels.

    Tom Johnson is an astute, sophisticated sales executive with a deep understanding of the market research industry and a track record of leading and re-invigorating sales organizations at Gartner, Survey Sampling (SSI), and Interactive Data Corporation (IDC). Tom honed his sales and management skills during his 14 years with Gartner, tapped by the CEO to lead sales operations during a period of 20 percent annual growth and later to develop the strategic accounts group. Focusing on sales performance, training, and replicating techniques and tools from his most successful sales leaders, Tom has rebuilt sales team and delivered revenue growth throughout his career.
