DALLAS (April 3, 2017) – For the fourth year in a row, Research Now, the global leader in digital research data for better insights and decision-making, achieved the top rankings in “Thought Leadership” and “Quality Deliverables” among Online Sample Providers in the recently released 2017 Annual Survey of Market Research Professionals, conducted by on the performance of each supplier as evaluated by their customers.

Research Now is the only market research online sample supplier evaluated in the annual survey to consistently win an award for four consecutive years, and topped its nearest competitor in the “Best Quality Deliverables” category by nearly 20% in the 2017 survey.

The twelfth edition of the survey was conducted between January 10 and February 7, 2017, and surveyed customers of nearly 120 market research suppliers and 650 research professionals. Suppliers were broken out into five different categories: online sample, qualitative research, syndicated research, full-service research, and online survey software. In the study specifically for the Online Sample Providers segment, a total of 22 firms were evaluated with 1,306 of their customers surveyed.
